While every house in Slovenia has a civic address, many houses also carry a household name. There are exceptions to this for reason beyond explanation in this introduction. This location was once a household but later became the school in Stara Lipa.
This house is the last of the six documented houses in church documents to be considered a “new” house in Stara Lipa. The original inhabitants of this house find their roots at Stara Lipa 17. The best estimate for the construction of these series of houses is after 1840.
The oldest record we have found to date for a person from this house is for Štefan Videtič (Žutegov) b. 1908. He married Ana Barič (Dolnja Baričeva) b. 1920. Together they had 2 children.
