The Dolnji Cvetaši of Zilje 40 originated at the Gornji Cvetaši. The split occurred ca. 1834 when Niko Cvetaš built a new house across the street from Zilje 16. The ownership of the mill was also split at this time. The status animarum records this household as (Dolnji) Mlinari (and the Gornji Mlinari at Zilje 16). The change in surname came in the early 1900s.
