While every house in Slovenia has a civic address, many houses also carry a household name. These names are how other people typically referred to that family. This house does not have any specific household name documented anywhere.
Golek 16 is an interesting house as it was a house that formerly resided within the borders of Podklanec. This house was once designated as Podklanec 27 in Gornji Podklanec. This house, as well as 2 others were realigned and moved from Podklanec to Golek although it is not clear what the reason for this was.
According to the church documents, these were seen as two distinct houses. It is quite possible that Golek 16 was on an adjacent property to Podklanec 27 and later had the house at Podklanec 27 designated as a part of Golek.
The oldest record we have found for a person from this house is for Johan Špelič (Drenovec 1) b. 1833. He married Ana Mravinec (Golek 14) b. 1842. Together they had 1 child:
1A. Johan Špelič b. 1871. At this time, it is unknown what happened to him afterwards.
