While every house in Slovenia has a civic address, many houses also carry a household name. These names are how other people typically referred to that family. This house carries the name of Lovreči. At this time, the origin of this household name is unknown.
The original owners of this house were of the Tomec family although that lineage ended in the mid 1860s to the early 1870s when a Žepuhar family from the Žepuhari moved in.
