While every house in Slovenia has a civic address, many houses also carry a household name. These names are how other people typically referred to that family. This house originally carried the name of Gornji Moravci. Most recently it has been document as Dolnji Moravci.
Through the period of our studies, we have found 2 distinct houses which carried the Moravec surname. This is the first of the two houses (in order of house address). It may be of particular interest, that the Moravec family in Zilje finds its roots here in Podklanec.
