While every house in Slovenia has a civic address, many houses also carry a household name. These names are how other people typically referred to that family. This house does not have any specific household name documented anywhere.
Through the period of our studies, we have found 4 distinct houses which carried the Ostronič surname. This is the fourth of the four houses (in order of house address).
The oldest record we have found for a person from this house is for Nikolaj Ostronič b. 1780. He married Katarina Grubič b. 1787. Together, they had at least 3 children, including:
1B. Ana Ostronič b. 1834, died at the age of 61. At this time, it is unknown if she was ever married or had children.
Jože Ostronič [1A] and his wife Katarina Rogina had 7 children, including:
2A. Marija Ostronič b. 1849, m. 1872 to a man from Rim 3.

2D. Jože Ostronič b. 1863, m. 1892 to Marija Tomec (Podklanec 27) — they remained at this house.
