The house of the Izbrdovi of Zilje 55 is known as the stara Izbrdova since it is the original house of the Izbrdovi, where they first lived before moving into the the household on the Dolnji Vranešiči at Zilje 11 in the 1930s. The Izbrdovi originate from Nikolaj Žalec (Žalčev) who built the house in 1902 with his wife Kata Vranešič (Dolnja Vranešičeva). The house still stands, but is uninhabited.
