There are exceptions to this for reason beyond explanation in this introduction.<\/p>\n<p>This house is the fourth of six documented houses in church documents to be considered a \u201cnew\u201d house in <a href=\"http:\/\/gfamilytree.com\/history\/the-places-we-come-from\/bela-krajina-white-carniola\/crnomelj\/vinica\/stara-lipa\/\">Stara Lipa<\/a>. The original inhabitants of this house find their roots at <a href=\"http:\/\/gfamilytree.com\/history\/the-places-we-come-from\/bela-krajina-white-carniola\/crnomelj\/vinica\/stara-lipa\/the-people\/stara-lipa-18-srednji-mikoci\/\">Stara Lipa 18<\/a>. The best estimate for the construction of these series of houses is after 1840.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p>The oldest record we have found to date for a person from this house is for Johan Bari\u010d (<a href=\"http:\/\/gfamilytree.com\/history\/the-places-we-come-from\/bela-krajina-white-carniola\/crnomelj\/vinica\/stara-lipa\/the-people\/stara-lipa-18-srednji-mikoci\/\">Miko\u010dev<\/a>) b. 1824. He married Barbara Rogina (<a href=\"http:\/\/gfamilytree.com\/history\/the-places-we-come-from\/bela-krajina-white-carniola\/crnomelj\/vinica\/stara-lipa\/the-people\/stara-lipa-9-vrcanovi\/\">Vr\u010danova<\/a>) b. 1832. They did not have any children.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>After the death of this couple, Sebastijan Rogina (<a href=\"http:\/\/gfamilytree.com\/history\/the-places-we-come-from\/bela-krajina-white-carniola\/crnomelj\/vinica\/stara-lipa\/the-people\/stara-lipa-6-ivankovi\/\">Ivankov<\/a>) moved in with his wife Kristina Marenti\u010d (\u010cre\u0161njevec 9).<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p>Sebastijan Rogina and his wife Kristina Marenti\u010d had 2 children.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>While every house in Slovenia has a civic address, many houses also carry a household name.
