The household names for these houses is therefore lost as it was not documented anywhere either.<\/p>\n<p>This house is the last of nine documented houses in church documents to be considered a \u201cnew\u201d house in <a href=\"http:\/\/gfamilytree.com\/history\/the-places-we-come-from\/bela-krajina-white-carniola\/crnomelj\/vinica\/damelj\/\">Damelj<\/a>. The best estimate for the construction of this house is around 1895.<\/p>\n<p>For reasons unknown to us, the house at <a href=\"http:\/\/gfamilytree.com\/history\/the-places-we-come-from\/bela-krajina-white-carniola\/crnomelj\/vinica\/damelj\/the-people\/damelj-36\/\">Damelj 36<\/a> was renumbered to Damelj 39. The family at <a href=\"http:\/\/gfamilytree.com\/history\/the-places-we-come-from\/bela-krajina-white-carniola\/crnomelj\/vinica\/damelj\/the-people\/damelj-36\/\">Damelj 36<\/a> is the family that occupied this house.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p>The oldest record we have found to date for a person from this house is for Jurij \u017dagar (<a href=\"http:\/\/gfamilytree.com\/history\/the-places-we-come-from\/bela-krajina-white-carniola\/crnomelj\/vinica\/damelj\/the-people\/damelj-36\/\">Damelj 36<\/a>). He married Angela Flajnik (<a href=\"http:\/\/gfamilytree.com\/history\/the-places-we-come-from\/bela-krajina-white-carniola\/crnomelj\/vinica\/vukovci\/the-people\/vukovci-16-kovaci-jureci\/\">Jure\u010deva<\/a> from <a href=\"http:\/\/gfamilytree.com\/history\/the-places-we-come-from\/bela-krajina-white-carniola\/crnomelj\/vinica\/vukovci\/\">Vukovci<\/a>).
