While every house in Slovenia has a civic address, many houses also carry a household name. These names are how other people typically referred to that family. This house has the name of Magdini. At this time, the origin of this name is unknown to us.<\/p>\n

Through the period of our studies, we have found only one house in Damelj<\/a> with a family who originally had the surname of Lovren\u010di\u010d. To date, the Lovren\u010di\u010d surname has not been originally found anywhere else in the Vinica parish<\/a> but rather more commonly in the Sinji Vrh parish<\/a>.<\/p>\n

The oldest record we have found to date for a person from this house is for Matija Lovren\u010di\u010d b. 1764. He married Katarina Kump b. 1765.\u00a0Together, they had at least 2 children, including:<\/p>\n

1B. Katarina Lovren\u010di\u010d b. 1809, m. ca. 1834 to Nikolaj \u017dalec (Andrija\u0161ev<\/a>).<\/p>\n

4E. Miha Kobe b. 1901. At this time, it is unknown what happened to him afterwards.<\/p>\n
