While most houses in Slovenia carry a household name, there are some houses which do not exist anymore and were deserted many years before anyone was aware of their existence. The household names for these houses is therefore lost as it was not documented anywhere either. In the case of some smaller settlements such as Ogulin<\/a> and Dre\u017enik<\/a>, household names were never widely adopted as there was no need to differentiate families from each other. In the case of Dre\u017enik, there is very limited repetition of surnames leading to the use of surnames as the “household name”.<\/p>\n

The oldest record we have found to date for a person from this house is for the wife of the patriarch Marija Mu\u0161i\u010d b. 1750. With her husband, she had at least 1 child, including:<\/p>\n

1A. Miha Kru\u0161ec b. 1772, m. ca. 1792.<\/p>\n

Miha Kru\u0161ec [1A] and his wife had at least 10 children, including:<\/p>\n

2A. Miha Kru\u0161ec b. 1793, m. 1829 to Ana Gor\u0161e — they remained at this house.<\/p>\n

2B. Katarina Kru\u0161ec b. 1795, had 2 illegitimate children — she remained at this house.<\/p>\n

2C. Helena Kru\u0161ec b. 1798, m. 1828 to Matija Muhi\u010d (Muhi\u010dev<\/a>) — they lived at Dre\u017enik 11.<\/p>\n

2D. Johan Kru\u0161ec b. 1809. At this time, it is unknown what happened to him afterwards.<\/p>\n

2E. Marija Kru\u0161ec b. 1815. At this time, it is unknown what happened to her afterwards.<\/p>\n

2F. Jurij Kru\u0161ec b. 1818. At this time, it is unknown what happened to him afterwards.<\/p>\n

2G. Barbara Kru\u0161ec b. 1819. At this time, it is unknown what happened to her afterwards.<\/p>\n

2H. Nikolaj Kru\u0161ec b. 1823, m. 1849 to Marija Miheli\u010d (Raj\u017ei\u010deva from Gornji Suhor<\/a>) — they remained at this house.<\/p>\n

Miha Kru\u0161ec [2A] and his wife Ana Gor\u0161e had 6 children, including:<\/p>\n

3A. Jo\u017ee Kru\u0161ec b. 1834. At this time, it is unknown what happened to him afterwards.<\/p>\n

3B. Jurij Kru\u0161ec b. 1842, died at the age of 70. At this time, it is unknown if he was ever married or had children.<\/p>\n

3I. Barbara Kru\u0161ec b. 1874. At this time, it is unknown what happened to her afterwards.<\/p>\n

Marija Kru\u0161ec [3E] had 4 illegitimate children which died in infancy or early childhood.<\/p>\n

4A. Lavrenc Kru\u0161ec b. 1894, m. 1920 to Katarina Fortun (Fortunova from Damelj<\/a>) — they remained at this house.<\/p>\n

4B. Johana Kru\u0161ec b. 1898, died at the age of 29. At this time, it is unknown if she was ever married or had children.<\/p>\n

Lavrenc Kru\u0161ec [4A] and his wife Katarina Fortun had 7 children.<\/p>\n
