While most houses in Slovenia carry a household name, there are some houses which do not exist anymore and were deserted many years before anyone was aware of their existence. The household names for these houses is therefore lost as it was not documented anywhere either.<\/p>\n
This house is the first of 10 documented houses in church documents to be considered a “new” house in Hrast<\/a>. The best estimate for the construction of these series of houses is after 1830.<\/p>\n The Gor\u0161e family that originally inhabited this house is an offshoot of the Gor\u0161e family of Hrast 35<\/a>.<\/p>\n The oldest record we have found to date for a person from this house is for Jernej Gor\u0161e (Hrast 35<\/a>) b. 1812. He married Katarina Rogina b. 1813 in 1836. Together they had 10 children, including:<\/p>\n 1A. Nikolaj Gor\u0161e b. 1841, m. 1867 to Ana Bari\u010d (Bari\u010deva<\/a> from Stara Lipa<\/a>) — they remained at this house.<\/p>\n 1B. Ana Gor\u0161e b. 1846, m. ca. 1868 to Jurij Kobeti\u010d (Kova\u010dev<\/a> from Dre\u017enik<\/a>).<\/p>\n 1C. Jurij Gor\u0161e b. 1847. At this time, it is unknown what happened to him afterwards.<\/p>\n Nikolaj Gor\u0161e [1A] and his wife Ana Bari\u010d had 4 children, including:<\/p>\n 2A. Ana Gor\u0161e b. 1866, m. 1888 to Johan Kobeti\u010d (Mikulinov from Nova Lipa<\/a>).<\/p>\n 2B. Johan Gor\u0161e b. 1874, m. 1894 in Steelton, Pennsylvania to Ana Flajnik (Jan\u0161anova<\/a>) — they returned to live at this house.<\/p>\n Johan Gor\u0161e [2B] and his wife Ana Flajnik had 2 children:<\/p>\n 3A. Ana Gor\u0161e b. 1894 in Steelton, Pennsylvania, m. 1925 to Jo\u017ee Rogina (Ivankov<\/a> from Stara Lipa<\/a>).<\/p>\n 3B. Marija Gor\u0161e b. 1895.
