While most houses in Slovenia carry a household name, there are some houses which do not exist anymore and were deserted many years before anyone was aware of their existence. The household names for these houses is therefore lost as it was not documented anywhere either.<\/p>\n

Through the period of our studies, we have found five distinct houses which originally carried the Gor\u0161e surname in Hrast<\/a>. This is the fifth of the five houses (in order of house address).<\/p>\n

The oldest record we have found to date for a person from this house is for Jurij Gor\u0161e b. 1798. He married Katarina Ga\u0161peri\u010d b. 1787. Together, they had at least 4 children, including:<\/p>\n

1A. Katarina Gor\u0161e b. 1827, m. 1847 to Nikolaj Jur\u0161ini\u010d (Vrtinov<\/a>).<\/p>\n

1B. Marija Gor\u0161e b. 1829, m. ca. 1857 to Johan Mravinec (Dolnji Mravin\u010dev from Perudina<\/a>).<\/p>\n

1C. Jurij Gor\u0161e b. 1832, m. ca. 1856 to Barbara Papa (\u0160utejova<\/a> from U\u010dakovci<\/a>) — they remained at this house.<\/p>\n

1D. Johan Gor\u0161e b. 1842, m. 1885 to Barbara Fortun (Vukovci 15) — they lived at Hrast 17<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Jurij Gor\u0161e [1C] and his wife Barbara Papa had 5 children, including:<\/p>\n

2A. Jurij Gor\u0161e b. 1843, m. 1879 to Ana \u0160veb (\u0160vebova<\/a> from U\u010dakovci<\/a>) — they remained at this house.<\/p>\n

2B. Johan Gor\u0161e b. 1849. At this time, it is unknown what happened to him afterwards.<\/p>\n

Jurij Gor\u0161e [1C] m. 1873 to his second wife Ana Jur\u0161ini\u010d (Vrtinova<\/a>). Together they had 1 child:<\/p>\n

2C. Franc Gor\u0161e b. 1877. At this time, it is unknown what happened to him afterwards.<\/p>\n

Jurij Gor\u0161e [2A] and his wife Ana \u0160veb had 5 children, including:<\/p>\n

3A. Matija Gor\u0161e b. 1883. At this time, it is unknown what happened to him afterwards.<\/p>\n

3B. Marija Gor\u0161e b. 1888. At this time, it is unknown what happened to her afterwards.<\/p>\n

At this point, this Gor\u0161e lineage ended at this house. With no one continuing to have a family here, Jurij Horvat (Tan\u010da Gora 23) and his wife Ana Filip\u010di\u010d (Fratrovci 26) moved in.<\/p>\n

Jurij Horvat and his wife Ana Filip\u010di\u010d had 8 children, including:<\/p>\n

4A. Ana Horvat b. 1897. At this time, it is unknown what happened to her afterwards.<\/p>\n

4B. Jurij Horvat b. 1905. At this time, it is unknown what happened to him afterwards.<\/p>\n

4C. Jo\u017ee Horvat b. 1907, m. 1936 to Veronika Papa (Gornja Mlinarova<\/a> from U\u010dakovci<\/a>) — they remained at this house.<\/p>\n

4D. Angela Horvat b. 1909. At this time, it is unknown what happened to her afterwards.<\/p>\n
