The word <em>kr\u010dmar<\/em> means &#8220;tavern owner&#8221;, and so it is possible the Kr\u010dmari once had a tavern. The split in the family occurred ca. 1825 when the <a title=\"Dolnji Kr\u010dmari-Gornji Hajduki\" href=\"http:\/\/gfamilytree.com\/history\/the-places-we-come-from\/bela-krajina-white-carniola\/crnomelj\/preloka\/zilje\/the-people\/dolnje-zilje\/zilje-35-dolnji-krcmari-gornji-hajduki\/\">Dolnji Kr\u010dmari<\/a> built their own house next door at <a title=\"Dolnji Kr\u010dmari-Gornji Hajduki\" href=\"http:\/\/gfamilytree.com\/history\/the-places-we-come-from\/bela-krajina-white-carniola\/crnomelj\/preloka\/zilje\/the-people\/dolnje-zilje\/zilje-35-dolnji-krcmari-gornji-hajduki\/\">Zilje 35<\/a>. The surname of this family has been \u010cadoni\u010d for the entire period of history we have studied.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p>The oldest record we have found to date for a person from this house is for Johan \u010cadoni\u010d. He married Barbara Balkovec. Together, they had at least 3 children, including:<\/p>\n<p>1A.
