While most houses in Slovenia carry a household name, there are some houses which do not exist anymore and were deserted many years before anyone was aware of their existence. The household names for these houses is therefore lost as it was not documented anywhere either.<\/p>\n
Through the period of our studies, we have found five distinct houses which originally carried the Gor\u0161e surname in Hrast<\/a>. This is the first of the five houses (in order of house address).<\/p>\n The oldest record we have found to date for a person from this house is for the wife of the patriarch Barbara b. 1762. Together, with her husband, she had at least 2 children, including:<\/p>\n 1A. Johan Gor\u0161e b. 1786, m. ca. 1815 to Barbara Mravinec — they remained at this house.<\/p>\n 1B. Marko Gor\u0161e b. 1801, died at the age of 63. At this time, it is unknown if he was ever married or had children.<\/p>\n Johan Gor\u0161e [1A] and his wife Barbara Mravinec had 7 children:<\/p>\n 2A. Johan Gor\u0161e b. 1816, died at the age of 20. At this time, it is unknown if he was ever married or had children.<\/p>\n 2B. Jakob Gor\u0161e b. 1819, m. ca. 1853 to Barbara Flajnik (Hrast 41<\/a>) — they remained at this house.<\/p>\n 2C. Nikolaj Gor\u0161e b. 1821, married to Helena Flajnik (Jan\u0161anova<\/a>) — they lived at Hrast 41<\/a>.<\/p>\n 2D. \u0160tefan Gor\u0161e b. 1824. At this time, it is unknown what happened to him afterwards.<\/p>\n 2E. Miha Gor\u0161e b. 1827, died at the age of 23. At this time, it is unknown if he was ever married or had children.<\/p>\n 2F. Marko Gor\u0161e b. 1830, died at the age of 44. At this time, it is unknown if he was ever married or had children.<\/p>\n 2G. Ana Gor\u0161e b. 1833. At this time, it is unknown what happened to her afterwards.<\/p>\n Jakob Gor\u0161e [2B] and his wife Barbara Flajnik had 7 children, including:<\/p>\n 3A. Ana Gor\u0161e b. 1856, m. 1882 to Jurij Bari\u010d (Bari\u010dev<\/a> from Stara Lipa<\/a>) — they lived at Hrast 35<\/a>.<\/p>\n 3B. Johan Gor\u0161e b. 1859, m. 1884 to Marija Trempus (Ogulin 4<\/a>) — they remained at this house.<\/p>\n 3C. Matija Gor\u0161e b. 1861. At this time, it is unknown what happened to him afterwards.<\/p>\n 3D. Peter Gor\u0161e b. 1864, m. 1890 to a woman from Bel\u010dji Vrh 23.<\/p>\n 3E. Marija Gor\u0161e b. 1867, m. 1918 to Nikolaj Flajnik (Bartolov<\/a>) — they lived at Hrast 37<\/a>.<\/p>\n <\/p>\n Jakob Gor\u0161e [2B] m. 1874 to his second wife Barbara Pavle\u0161i\u010d (Gornja Ivan\u010deva<\/a> from Perudina<\/a>). They did not have any children.<\/p>\n Johan Gor\u0161e [3B] and his wife Marija Trempus has 7 children, including:<\/p>\n 4A. Katarina Gor\u0161e b. 1888, m. 1905 to Franc Flajnik (Kraljev<\/a>).<\/p>\n 4B. Jurij Gor\u0161e b. 1889, died at the age of 25 in Jagodnji, Serbia. At this time, it is unknown if he was ever married or had children.<\/p>\n 4C. Jo\u017ee Gor\u0161e b. 1892. At this time, it is unknown what happened to him afterwards.<\/p>\n 4D. Peter Gor\u0161e b. 1893, m. 1920 to Marija Frankovi\u010d (Hrast 21<\/a>) — they remained at this house.<\/p>\n 4E. Franc Gor\u0161e b. 1895. He fought during World War I but never returned from the US afterwards.<\/p>\n 4F. Marija Gor\u0161e b. 1897. At this time, it is unknown what happened to her afterwards.<\/p>\n <\/p>\n
