While every house in Slovenia has a civic address, many houses also carry a household name. These names are how other people typically referred to that family. This house originally carried the name of Dragojovi. This name may suggest that the original family to live at this house were from Draga in the Sinji Vrh parish<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Through the period of our studies, we have found seven distinct houses which originally carried the Mihel\u010di\u010d surname. This is the sixth of the seven houses (in order of house address).<\/p>\n

The oldest records we have found to date for a person from this house is for several siblings, including:<\/p>\n

1A. Jurij Mihel\u010di\u010d b. 1791, m. ca. 1814 to Marija Bari\u010d — they remained at this house.<\/p>\n

1B. Nikolaj Mihel\u010di\u010d b. 1795, died at the age of 52:. At this time, it is unknown if he was ever married or had children.<\/p>\n

1C. Marko Mihel\u010di\u010d b. 1805, died at the age of 48. At this time, it is unknown what happened to him afterwards.<\/p>\n

Jurij Mihel\u010di\u010d [1A] and his wife Marija Bari\u010d had 6 children, including:<\/p>\n

2A. Marija Mihel\u010di\u010d b. 1815, m. 1834 to Johan Verbanec (Markov\u010dev<\/a>).<\/p>\n

2B. Ana Mihel\u010di\u010d b. 1820, m. 1841 to Jurij Moravec (Makarov<\/a> from Podklanec<\/a>) — they remained at this house.<\/p>\n

2C. Barbara Mihel\u010di\u010d b. 1833, m. 1862 to a man from Fratrovci 1.<\/p>\n

3A. Jurij Moravec b. 1842, m. 1870 to Ana Kru\u0161ec (Lon\u010darova<\/a>) — they remained at this house.<\/p>\n

3B. Ana Moravec b. 1852, m. 1878 to \u0160tefan Hudak (Brti\u010dev<\/a>) — they lived at U\u010dakovci 38<\/a>.<\/p>\n

3C. Barbara Moravec b. 1855, m. 1883 to Peter \u017dalec (Ograj\u010dev<\/a>).<\/p>\n

3D. Katarina Moravec b. 1860, m. 1913 to Peter Pavel Flajnik (Kaplanov<\/a> from Hrast<\/a>).<\/p>\n

At this point, the Mihel\u010di\u010d\/Moravec lineage ended. This is when \u0160tefan Maljevac (Maljev\u010dev<\/a>) and his wife Marija Mihel\u010di\u010d (Jurejeva<\/a>) took over this household.<\/p>\n

\u0160tefan Maljevac and his wife Marija Mihel\u010di\u010d had 2 children, including:<\/p>\n

4A. Katarina Maljevac b. 1881, had 1 illegitimate child which died in infancy..<\/p>\n

4B. \u0160tefan Maljevac b. 1883, died at the age of 22. At this time, it is unknown if he was ever married or had children.<\/p>\n

\u0160tefan Maljevac m. 1885 to his second wife Barbara \u0160utej (Martinova<\/a>). Together they had 3 children, including:<\/p>\n

4C. Gregor Maljevac b. 1889, m. 1912 to Marija Belavi\u010d (Kr\u010d 1) — they remained at this house.<\/p>\n

Gregor Maljevac [4C] and his wife Marija Belavi\u010d had 1 child which died in infancy.<\/p>\n
