These names are how other people typically referred to that family. This house originally carried the name of Bre\u017eanovi. At this time, the origin of this name is unknown to us. It was later changed to Ive\u010di likely after one of the later patriarchs, Ive, Ivan or Johan.<\/p>\n<p>Through the period of our studies, we have found two distinct houses which originally carried the Kru\u0161ec surname. This is the second of the two houses (in order of house address).<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p>The oldest record we have found to date for a person from this house is for Johan Kru\u0161ec b. 1764. He married Ana Sumi\u010d b. 1766. Together, they had at least 3 children, including:<\/p>\n<p>1A. Johan Kru\u0161ec b. 1794, m. ca. 1830 to Ana Verbanec &#8212; they remained at this house.<\/p>\n<p>1B. Katarina Kru\u0161ec b. 1797, died at the age of 56. At this time, it is unknown if she was ever married or had children.<\/p>\n<p>1C. Jurij Kru\u0161ec b. 1806. At this time, it is unknown what happened to him afterwards.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p>Johan Kru\u0161ec [1A] and his wife Ana Verbanec had 4 children, including:<\/p>\n<p>2A. Johan Kru\u0161ec b. 1831, m. ca. 1852 to Barbara Verbanec (<a href=\"http:\/\/gfamilytree.com\/history\/the-places-we-come-from\/bela-krajina-white-carniola\/crnomelj\/vinica\/ucakovci\/the-people\/ucakovci-34-mali-markoci\/\">Mala Marko\u010da<\/a>)<sup>1<\/sup> &#8212; they remained at this house.<\/p>\n<p>2B. Jurij Kru\u0161ec b. 1837, m. 1864 to Katarina Verbanec (<a href=\"http:\/\/gfamilytree.com\/history\/the-places-we-come-from\/bela-krajina-white-carniola\/crnomelj\/vinica\/ucakovci\/the-people\/ucakovci-34-mali-markoci\/\">Mala Marko\u010da<\/a>)<sup>1<\/sup> &#8212; they remained at this house.<\/p>\n<p>2C. Jo\u017ee Kru\u0161ec b. 1844. At this time, it is unknown what happened to him afterwards.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Johan Kru\u0161ec [1A] m. after 1848 to his second wife Katarina Lovni\u010dki. They did not have any children.<\/p>\n<p><sup>1. <em>Barbara and Katarina Verbanec were sisters.<\/em><\/sup><\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p>Johan Kru\u0161ec [2A] and his wife Barbara Verbanec had 9 children, including:<\/p>\n<p>3A. Matija Kru\u0161ec b. 1857. At this time, it is unknown what happened to him afterwards.<\/p>\n<p>3B. Jo\u017ee Kru\u0161ec b. 1862, m. 1897 to Ana Maljevac (<a href=\"http:\/\/gfamilytree.com\/history\/the-places-we-come-from\/bela-krajina-white-carniola\/crnomelj\/vinica\/ucakovci\/the-people\/ucakovci-11-zidarovi-maljevcevi\/\">Zidarova<\/a>) &#8212; they lived at <a href=\"http:\/\/gfamilytree.com\/history\/the-places-we-come-from\/bela-krajina-white-carniola\/crnomelj\/vinica\/ucakovci\/the-people\/ucakovci-45\/\">U\u010dakovci 45<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>3C. Marija Kru\u0161ec b. 1867, m. 1894 to Matija Sim\u010di\u010d (<a href=\"http:\/\/gfamilytree.com\/history\/the-places-we-come-from\/bela-krajina-white-carniola\/crnomelj\/vinica\/vukovci\/the-people\/vukovci-14-ravidicevi\/\">Ravidi\u010dev<\/a> from <a href=\"http:\/\/gfamilytree.com\/history\/the-places-we-come-from\/bela-krajina-white-carniola\/crnomelj\/vinica\/vukovci\/\">Vukovci<\/a>).<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Jurij Kru\u0161ec [2B] and his wife Katarina Verbanec had 7 children, including:<\/p>\n<p>3D. Franc Jo\u017ee Kru\u0161ec b. 1883, m. 1902 to Ana Hudak (<a href=\"http:\/\/gfamilytree.com\/history\/the-places-we-come-from\/bela-krajina-white-carniola\/crnomelj\/vinica\/ucakovci\/the-people\/ucakovci-38-hudakovi\/\">Hudakova<\/a>) &#8212; they remained at this house.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p>Franc Jo\u017ee Kru\u0161ec [3D] and his wife Ana Hudak had 2 children, including:<\/p>\n<p>4A.
