The <em>status animarum<\/em> records the Gornji Cveta\u0161i as the Mlinari, along with the <a title=\"Dolnji Mlinari\/Cveta\u0161i\" href=\"http:\/\/gfamilytree.com\/history\/the-places-we-come-from\/bela-krajina-white-carniola\/crnomelj\/preloka\/zilje\/the-people\/srednje-zilje\/zilje-40-dolnji-mlinari\/\">Dolnji Cveta\u0161i<\/a> at <a title=\"Dolnji Mlinari\/Cveta\u0161i\" href=\"http:\/\/gfamilytree.com\/history\/the-places-we-come-from\/bela-krajina-white-carniola\/crnomelj\/preloka\/zilje\/the-people\/srednje-zilje\/zilje-40-dolnji-mlinari\/\">Zilje 40<\/a> next door. The split between the Mlinari households occurred ca. 1834 when Nikolaj Cveta\u0161, younger brother of Ive, built a new house at <a title=\"Dolnji Mlinari\/Cveta\u0161i\" href=\"http:\/\/gfamilytree.com\/history\/the-places-we-come-from\/bela-krajina-white-carniola\/crnomelj\/preloka\/zilje\/the-people\/srednje-zilje\/zilje-40-dolnji-mlinari\/\">Zilje 40<\/a>. The surname has likely always been Cveta\u0161, as the locale is named as such (Cveta\u0161evo selo), and the tax registers of 1674 and 1690 record individuals with this surname, living in <a title=\"Zilje\" href=\"http:\/\/gfamilytree.com\/history\/the-places-we-come-from\/bela-krajina-white-carniola\/crnomelj\/preloka\/zilje\/\">Zilje<\/a> and owning a mill or two. It was only in 1880 when Jo\u017eef Grdun (Jurasov from <a href=\"http:\/\/gfamilytree.com\/history\/the-places-we-come-from\/bela-krajina-white-carniola\/crnomelj\/preloka\/grduni\/\">Grduni<\/a>) married into the family that the surname changed.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p>The oldest record we have found to date for a person from this house is for Jurij Cveta\u0161.\u00a0Together with his wife, they had at least 2 children, including:<\/p>\n<p>1A. Nikolaj Cveta\u0161 b. ca. 1735, m. 1753 to Katarina Frankovi\u0107 (Glavica) &#8212; they remained at this house.<\/p>\n<p>1B. Jurij Cveta\u0161 m. to an unknown woman &#8212; they remained at this house.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p>Nikolaj Cveta\u0161 [1A] and his wife Katarina Frankovi\u0107 had at least 6 children, including:<\/p>\n<p>2A. Nikolaj Cveta\u0161 b. ca. 1758, m. 1779 to Marija Balkovec (<a title=\"Balkovci\" href=\"http:\/\/gfamilytree.com\/history\/the-places-we-come-from\/bela-krajina-white-carniola\/crnomelj\/preloka\/balkovci\/\">Balkovci<\/a>) &#8212; they remained at this house.<\/p>\n<p>2B. Johan Cveta\u0161 b. 1769, m. 1786 to Marija Stegne (<a href=\"http:\/\/gfamilytree.com\/history\/the-places-we-come-from\/bela-krajina-white-carniola\/crnomelj\/vinica\/golek-pri-vinici\/\">Golek pri Vinici<\/a>) &#8212; they remained at this house.<\/p>\n<p>2C. Ana Cveta\u0161 b. 1770, m. 1790 to Marko \u010cadoni\u010d (<a title=\"Gornji Kr\u010dmari\" href=\"http:\/\/gfamilytree.com\/history\/the-places-we-come-from\/bela-krajina-white-carniola\/crnomelj\/preloka\/zilje\/the-people\/dolnje-zilje\/zilje-26-gornji-krcmari\/\">Kr\u010dmarov<\/a>).<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Jurij Cveta\u0161 [1B] and his wife had at least 1 child, including:<\/p>\n<p>2D.
