While most houses in Slovenia carry a household name, there are some houses which do not exist anymore and were deserted many years before anyone was aware of their existence. The household names for these houses is therefore lost as it was not documented anywhere either. Another contributing factor to this lack of a household name may also be the size of a settlement. Ogulin<\/a> at its peak only had 10 houses which may have lead to a lack of “official” household names being documented in church documents. Everyone knew everyone so there was no real need to uniquely identify households. Nonetheless, even though they are not documented, household names still exist for these families today.<\/p>\n

The oldest record we have found to date for a person from this house is for Johan Perko b. 1790. He married Katarina Vlahovi\u010d b. 1791. Together, they had at least 6 children, including:<\/p>\n

1A. Johan Perko b. 1816, m. 1845 to Marija Per\u0161eti\u010d (Vinica 16) — they remained at this house.<\/p>\n

1b. Jurij Perko b. 1819. At this time, it is unknown what happened to him afterwards.<\/p>\n

1C. Ana Perko b. 1825, m. 1846 to Matija Stanko (Mu\u017enov<\/a> from Podklanec<\/a>).<\/p>\n

1D. Matija Perko b. 1828, died at the age of 23. At this time, it is unknown if he was ever married or had children.<\/p>\n

1E. Marija Perko b. 1831, died at the age of 29. At this time, it is unknown if she was ever married or had children.<\/p>\n

Johan Perko [1A] and his wife Marija Per\u0161eti\u010d had 7 children, including:<\/p>\n

2A. Katarina Perko b. 1853, m. 1873 to Peter Mali\u010d (\u0160kolnikov from Vinica<\/a>).<\/p>\n

2b. Jo\u017eef Perko b. 1859, m. 1883 to Ana Balkovec (Tundekova<\/a> from Hrast<\/a>) — they remained at this house.<\/p>\n

Marija Per\u0161eti\u010d m. 1859 to her second husband Matija Balkovec b. 1823 (Maradinov<\/a> from Zilje<\/a>). Together they had 2 children which died in infancy or early childhood.<\/p>\n

Jo\u017eef Perko [2B] and his wife Ana Balkovec had 3 children which died in infancy or early childhood.<\/p>\n

Jo\u017eef Perko [2B] m. 1886 to his second wife Jo\u017eefa Culiberk b. 1864 (Ogulin 3<\/a>). Together they had 1 child which died in infancy.<\/p>\n

Jo\u017eefa Culiberk m. 1889 to her second husband Johan Trempus (Ogulin 7<\/a>). Together they had 7 children, including:<\/p>\n

3A. Ana Trempus b. 1893, m. 1912 to Franc Cveti\u010d (Obrh 33).<\/p>\n

3b. Barbara Trempus b. 1896, m. 1921 to Johan Benec (Kucanov<\/a> from Podklanec<\/a>).<\/p>\n

3C. Jo\u017eefa Trempus b. 1899, m. 1927 to Dragotin Male\u0161i\u010d (Potok 8).<\/p>\n

3D. Roza Trempus b. 1905, m. 1931 to Matija Stare\u0161ini\u010d (Okolove\u010dev<\/a> from Se\u010dje Selo<\/a>) — they remained at this house.<\/p>\n

Matija Stare\u0161ini\u010d and his wife Roya Trempus [3D] had 3 children.<\/p>\n
