These names are how other people typically referred to that family. This house carries the name of Mu\u017enovi. The origin of the name is related to the original owners of this house.<\/p>\n<p>This is one of the houses that is considered a \u201cnew house\u201d as the numbering no longer carries a east to west orientation. This house was at the western end of <a href=\"http:\/\/gfamilytree.com\/history\/the-places-we-come-from\/bela-krajina-white-carniola\/crnomelj\/vinica\/podklanec\/\">Podklanec<\/a> in the <a href=\"http:\/\/gfamilytree.com\/history\/the-places-we-come-from\/bela-krajina-white-carniola\/crnomelj\/vinica\/podklanec\/the-people\/gornji-podklanec\/\">Gornji Podklanec<\/a> part of the village.<\/p>\n<p>Through the period of our studies, this is the only house that carries the Stanko surname in <a href=\"http:\/\/gfamilytree.com\/history\/the-places-we-come-from\/bela-krajina-white-carniola\/crnomelj\/vinica\/podklanec\/\">Podklanec<\/a> and the <a href=\"http:\/\/gfamilytree.com\/history\/the-places-we-come-from\/bela-krajina-white-carniola\/crnomelj\/vinica\/\">Vinica Parish<\/a>.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p>The oldest record we have found to date for a person from this house is for the wife of the patriarch Barbara Moravec b. 1789. Together, with her husband, she had at least 2 children, including:<\/p>\n<p>1A. Matija Stanko b. 1809, m. ca. 1848 to Ana Perko (<a href=\"http:\/\/gfamilytree.com\/history\/the-places-we-come-from\/bela-krajina-white-carniola\/crnomelj\/vinica\/ogulin\/the-people\/ogulin-1\/\">Ogulin 1<\/a>) &#8212; they remained at this house.<\/p>\n<p>1B. Ana Stanko b. 1811. At this time, it is unknown what happened to her afterwards.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>After the patriarch&#8217;s death, Barbara Moravec had 1 illegitimate child:<\/p>\n<p>1C. Peter Stanko b. 1823. At this time, it is unknown what happened to him afterwards.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p>Matija Stanko [1A] and his wife Ana Perko had 4 children, including:<\/p>\n<p>2A. Matija Stanko b. 1848, m. 1876 to Barbara Miroslavi\u010d (<a href=\"http:\/\/gfamilytree.com\/history\/the-places-we-come-from\/bela-krajina-white-carniola\/crnomelj\/vinica\/podklanec\/the-people\/gornji-podklanec\/podklanec-16\/\">Podklanec 16<\/a>) &#8212; they remained at this house.<\/p>\n<p>2B. Ana Stanko b. 1852, m. 1876 to Matija Gregora\u0161 (<a href=\"http:\/\/gfamilytree.com\/history\/the-places-we-come-from\/bela-krajina-white-carniola\/crnomelj\/vinica\/golek-pri-vinici\/the-people\/golek-pri-vinici-2-grgurasi\/\">Grgura\u0161ov<\/a> from <a href=\"http:\/\/gfamilytree.com\/history\/the-places-we-come-from\/bela-krajina-white-carniola\/crnomelj\/vinica\/golek-pri-vinici\/\">Golek pri Vinici<\/a>).<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Matija Stanko [1A] m. 1859 to his second wife Katarina Male\u0161i\u010d (<a href=\"http:\/\/gfamilytree.com\/history\/the-places-we-come-from\/bela-krajina-white-carniola\/crnomelj\/vinica\/podklanec\/the-people\/gornji-podklanec\/podklanec-22-capori\/\">\u010caporova<\/a>). Together they had 4 children, including:<\/p>\n<p>2C. Jurij Stanko b. 1863. At this time, it is unknown what happened to him afterwards.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p>Matija Stanko [2A] and his wife Barbara Miroslavi\u010d had 6 children, including:<\/p>\n<p>3A. Johan Stanko b. 1877. At this time, it is unknown what happened to him afterwards.<\/p>\n<p>3B. Ana Stanko b. 1885. At this time, it is unknown what happened to her afterwards.<\/p>\n<p>3C. Katarina Stanko b. 1888. At this time, it is unknown what happened to her afterwards.<\/p>\n<p>3D. Jo\u017eefa Stanko b. 1892.
