The household names for these houses is therefore lost as it was not documented anywhere either. The house at Podklanec 19 is one of those houses.<\/p>\n<p>Through the period of our studies, we have found 3 distinct houses which carried the Tomec surname This is the first of the three houses (in order of house address). The Tomec surname is only originally found in <a href=\"http:\/\/gfamilytree.com\/history\/the-places-we-come-from\/bela-krajina-white-carniola\/crnomelj\/vinica\/golek-pri-vinici\/\">Golek pri Vinici<\/a> and <a href=\"http:\/\/gfamilytree.com\/history\/the-places-we-come-from\/bela-krajina-white-carniola\/crnomelj\/vinica\/podklanec\/\">Podklanec<\/a>.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p>The oldest record we have found to date for a person from this house is for Matija Tomecb. 1766. He married Barbara \u0160pehar b. 1783. Together, they had at least 3 children, including:<\/p>\n<p>1A. Matija Tomec b. 1805, m. ca. 1829 to Barbara Per\u0161eti\u010d &#8212; they remained at this house.<\/p>\n<p>1B. Barbara Tomec b. 1813, m. 1835 to Miha \u010cemas (<a href=\"http:\/\/gfamilytree.com\/history\/the-places-we-come-from\/bela-krajina-white-carniola\/crnomelj\/preloka\/zilje\/the-people\/gornje-zilje\/central-gornje-zilje\/zilje-5-cemasi-dolnji-stegneti\/\">\u010cemasov<\/a> from <a href=\"http:\/\/gfamilytree.com\/history\/the-places-we-come-from\/bela-krajina-white-carniola\/crnomelj\/preloka\/zilje\/\">Zilje<\/a>) &#8212; they lived at <a href=\"http:\/\/gfamilytree.com\/history\/the-places-we-come-from\/bela-krajina-white-carniola\/crnomelj\/preloka\/zilje\/the-people\/gornje-zilje\/majisce\/zilje-34-mali-majiscari\/\">Zilje 34<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>1C. Ana Tomec b. 1819, m. 1848 to Jurij \u010cadoni\u010d (<a href=\"http:\/\/gfamilytree.com\/history\/the-places-we-come-from\/bela-krajina-white-carniola\/crnomelj\/preloka\/zilje\/the-people\/dolnje-zilje\/zilje-26-gornji-krcmari\/\">Gornji Kr\u010dmarov<\/a> from <a href=\"http:\/\/gfamilytree.com\/history\/the-places-we-come-from\/bela-krajina-white-carniola\/crnomelj\/preloka\/zilje\/\">Zilje<\/a>) &#8212; they lived at <a href=\"http:\/\/gfamilytree.com\/history\/the-places-we-come-from\/bela-krajina-white-carniola\/crnomelj\/preloka\/zilje\/the-people\/dolnje-zilje\/zilje-35-dolnji-krcmari-gornji-hajduki\/\">Zilje 35<\/a>.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p>Matija Tomec [1A] and his wife Barbara Per\u0161eti\u010d had at least 8 children, including:<\/p>\n<p>2A. Katarina Tomec b. 1832, m. ca. 1864 to Jurij Stegne (<a href=\"http:\/\/gfamilytree.com\/history\/the-places-we-come-from\/bela-krajina-white-carniola\/crnomelj\/vinica\/podklanec\/the-people\/gornji-podklanec\/podklanec-27\/\">Podklanec 27<\/a>).<\/p>\n<p>2B. Matija Tomec b. 1835, m. to Ana \u0160peli\u010d (Klu\u010darova from <a href=\"http:\/\/gfamilytree.com\/history\/the-places-we-come-from\/bela-krajina-white-carniola\/crnomelj\/vinica\/drenovec\/\">Drenovec<\/a>) &#8212; they remained at this house.<\/p>\n<p>2C. Marija Tomec b. 1837, m. 1870 to Johan Hudak (<a href=\"http:\/\/gfamilytree.com\/history\/the-places-we-come-from\/bela-krajina-white-carniola\/crnomelj\/vinica\/ucakovci\/the-people\/ucakovci-5-kalcevi\/\">Kal\u010dev<\/a> from <a href=\"http:\/\/gfamilytree.com\/history\/the-places-we-come-from\/bela-krajina-white-carniola\/crnomelj\/vinica\/ucakovci\/\">U\u010dakovci<\/a>).<\/p>\n<p>2D. Jo\u017eefa Tomec b. 1846, m. 1889 to a man from Pribanjci 57.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p>Matija Tomec [1B] and his wife Ana \u0160peli\u010d did not have any children.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Matija Tomec [1B] m. 1875 to his second wife Barbara Valent (Bel\u010dji Vrh 28).
