While most houses in Slovenia carry a household name, there are some houses which do not exist anymore and were deserted many years before anyone was aware of their existence. The household names for these houses is therefore lost as it was not documented anywhere either. The house at Podklanec 2 is one of those houses.<\/p>\n
Through the period of our studies, we have found three distinct houses which originally carried the Belavi\u010d surname in Podklanec<\/a>. This is the first of the two houses (in order of house address). The Belavi\u010d surname is only originally found in Podklanec<\/a>.<\/p>\n The oldest record we have found to date for a person from this house is for Matija Belavi\u010d b. 1772. He married Barbara Kajin b. 1777. Together, they had at least 3 children, including:<\/p>\n 1A. Matija Belavi\u010d b. 1805, m. ca. 1823 to Marija Beneti\u010d — they remained at this house.<\/p>\n 1B. Katarina Belavi\u010d b. 1811, had 4 illegitimate children — she remained at this house.<\/p>\n 1C. Barbara Belavi\u010d b. 1812, m. ca. 1848 to Johan Verderber (Ober\u0161anov<\/a> from Se\u010dje Selo<\/a>).<\/p>\n Matija Belavi\u010d [1A] and his wife Marija Beneti\u010d had 6 children, including:<\/p>\n 2A. Matija Belavi\u010d b. 1824, m. 1846 to Helena Male\u0161i\u010d (Bra\u010dkova<\/a>) — they remained at this house.<\/p>\n 2B. Nikolaj Belavi\u010d b. 1830, m. 1859 to Barbara Ostroni\u010d (Ostroni\u010deva from Vinica<\/a>) — they remained at this house.<\/p>\n 2C. Marija Belavi\u010d b. 1834, died at the age of 23. At this time, it is unknown if she was ever married or had children.<\/p>\n 2D. Ana Belavi\u010d b. 1837, m. 1857 to Nikolaj Mravinec (\u010cernov<\/a> from Se\u010dje Selo<\/a>).<\/p>\n 2E. Barbara Belavi\u010d b. 1841, m. 1866 to Miha Mravinec (Kavonerov<\/a> from Se\u010dje Selo<\/a>).<\/p>\n Matija Belavi\u010d [2A] and his wife Helena Male\u0161i\u010d had 2 children:<\/p>\n 3A. Matija Belavi\u010d b. 1848, died at the age of 36. At this time, it is unknown if he was ever married or had children.<\/p>\n 3B. Johan Belavi\u010d b. 1850, m. 1877 to Ana Bahori\u010d (Bahori\u010deva<\/a> from Dejani<\/a>) — they lived at Grduni 8.<\/p>\n <\/p>\n Nikolaj Belavi\u010d [2B] and his wife Barbara Ostroni\u010d had 8 children, including:<\/p>\n 3C. Nikolaj Belavi\u010d b. 1863, m. 1886 to Ana Trempus (Ogulin 7<\/a>) — they remained at this house.<\/p>\n 3D. Johan Belavi\u010d b. 1866. At this time, it is unknown what happened to him afterwards.<\/p>\n 3E. Ana Belavi\u010d b. 1875. At this time, it is unknown what happened to her afterwards.<\/p>\n Nikolaj Belavi\u010d [3C] and his wife Ana Trempus had 5 children, including:<\/p>\n 4A. Johan Belavi\u010d b. 1892, died at the age of 22. At this time, it is unknown if he was ever married or had children.<\/p>\n 4B. Ana Belavi\u010d b. 1896, m. 1913 to Nikolaj Karin (Gornji Karinov<\/a>).<\/p>\n 4C. Marija Belavi\u010d b. 1905, m. 1923 to Eugen Karin (Karinov from Vinica<\/a>).<\/p>\n <\/p>\n
